Danforth
Here is a new construction home that I did when I was working for my previous employer. This house had more bathrooms than it did bedrooms. I prepped and tiled all four bathrooms, besides the wall prep in the master. All together there was 4 bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master, which has 11 ft. ceilings recieved acurbless shower entry which was part of the build plans. In-floor heat wire was ran throughout the bathroom and into the shower floor which then got a self leveling pour and a 12"x24" porcelain tile. The walls were set with a chevron pattern to which the tile came as a 4"x12" and each one had to have both ends cut down to be able to set the pattern. A "Better Bench" was installed with lag bolts and a custon inset niche was framed in and recieved a glass shelf. The other bathroom upstairs got a feature back wall of a 12"x12" zigzag print tile and a gray concrete look12"x12" porcelian tile on the side walls. The inset niche back wall got the same mosaic tile as the shower pand and curbtop. Where the floor got a off white 12"x24" porcelain tile to match with the white of the zig zag pattern and shower grout color. Leading downstairs two more full sized shower bathrooms also recieved traditional mudpans with a curb. One of the bathrooms was done with a 12"x24" porcelain wall tile with a horizontal inset niche and the other bathroom got a 12"x24" polished porcelain wall tile with a hex porcelain tile on the niche backwall, shower pan and curbtop. Other areas of the house that got tiled were the game room bar area backsplash, A coffee bar area backsplash, individually stacked 1"x3" tiles backsplash in a downstairs bathroom, and a fire place hearth.
Master Bathroom

Here is the heat wire installed, getting encased with a self leveler and then screed to smooth, level and proper elevation to allow for seamless transition to entryway hardwood to tile.
With the walls having Schluter Kerdi fabric waterproof installed and bonded to linear drain and pan. The in-floor heat wire installed and encased with self leveler and final tile floor covering, the walls are being stacked. Each tile is individually cut on both sides to create the chevron pattern that will frame the window and reach the 11' ceilings.

A corner "Better Bench" installed with lag bolts and filled in with drypack. It was then covered with a custom slab top and sides. The niche recieved a marble mosaic back wall and a tempered glass shelf.

Heres the master bathroom shower area all finished. The floor is a 12"x24" porcelain tile set on a straight stack and continuing into the curbless shower pan with a linear drain installed. The floor and the shower pan both have heat wire encased in a self leveling compound. The wall tile is done with individually custom cut porcelain tile to create a chevron pattern and also features a free standing corner bench and inset niche with a marble mosaic backwall and tempered glass shelf.

3 More full bathrooms with tile showers
